With more than 15 years of providing counselling and psychotherapy in various settings,

Winston is currently the Clinical Director, Consultant & Psychotherapist with Charis

Lifeworks. He is also a registered member with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)

& American Counselling Association (ACA).

He graduated with a Masters in Social Science (Professional Counselling) with Distinction

from Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate

in Health from The University of Bath (UK).

Winston is also a certified Grief Recovery Specialist (USA) & MBTI Administrator. Winston is

also a Bowen Therapy practitioner because he believes in a holistic approach to treating

the individual and he incorporates this body work into his therapy.

He lectures with various private Universities in SG and government organizations. He has

also been invited to countries is ASEAN to give lectures and talks on Counselling and

Mental Health.

In 2017, Winston was appointed a Mental Health Consultant with the United Nations

(UNFPA Bangladesh).

Kavita holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management Studies(MBA) with specialization in

Marketing. She Started her career in Dubai from 1999 till 2003 in international companies

in Dubai.

Since 2004, Kavita successfully fulfilled the role of a trailing spouse and soccer mom while

relocating to Dubai, Mumbai, Malaysia and Singapore till date with a sense of pride,

confidence and resilience. The journey helped her excel in her interpersonal skills and the

ability to blend in culturally among international communities as an outcome of her children

being in that setup. She is a mother of 2 girls, aged 14 and 10 years old.

The journey of being in an expat circle for almost a decade, sparked a desire to be there

for people on a therapeutic level. She made a mid life career choice in 2014, by acquiring

a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology (GDICP) from The College of Allied

Educators, Singapore.

The objective for acquiring a GDICP was to develop her diverse personal experience and

gain professional knowledge to enhance her psychosocial empath skills for the benefit of

others. Her internship and volunteer work with Care Corner Singapore (TGYC) has

sharpened her understanding at applying Choice Theory (CTRT) and Cognitive Behaviour

Theory(CBT) extensively among children and youth, few of whom were undergoing the

Guidance Program(GP).
